Trade Terms

LUMIRA SOLUTIONS LLC trades exclusively with B2B clients – wholesalers, distributors, exporters and food manufacturers.
Our goal is to offer clear, bankable structures for Brazilian ICUMSA 45 sugar and selected agro commodities.

Who We Trade With

We work with qualified companies that buy in pallet, container or bulk volumes.
Minimum volumes depend on the product and Incoterm, but we are not a retail or small-order supplier.

Incoterms We Work Under

DDP – Delivered Duty Paid (USA)
For qualified buyers and destinations within the United States.

OTG – On The Ground (Miami, USA)
Sugar already imported and stored in Miami-Dade warehouses.

CIF – Cost, Insurance & Freight
Brazilian origin products delivered to the buyer’s port.

FOB – Free On Board (Brazil)
Buyer arranges the ocean freight from Brazilian ports.

Standard Procedures (Summary)

OTG Miami – ICUMSA 45 Sugar

1. Buyer provides company details and desired quantity (pallets or full lot).
2. We issue a spot offer / pro forma invoice.
3. Buyer may inspect the goods at the Miami-Dade warehouse by appointment.
4. Buyer pays via SWIFT MT103.
5. After funds clear, we issue a warehouse release / delivery order for pickup.

CIF / FOB / DDP Contracts

1. Buyer sends LOI + KYC with product, quantity, destination, Incoterm and preferred payment method.
2. LUMIRA SOLUTIONS LLC issues a Full Corporate Offer (FCO).
3. Buyer signs the FCO and issues an ICPO with full banking details.
4. Parties review and sign the commercial contract.
5. Buyer’s bank issues the agreed LC / DLC / SBLC / escrow.
6. Seller arranges shipment and provides standard documents (invoice, BL, inspection, insurance, etc.).
7. Payment is completed as per the contract.

Compliance & Documentation

All transactions are subject to KYC/AML checks, internal approval and product availability.
